The apartment occupies the first floor of a Victorian townhouse. Inside is an open-plan living space with a double sofa, Smart TV, and dining table, alongside a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, and washing machine all here. One bedroom has a double bed; the other a bunk with a double below and single above, making five the maximum occupancy. The shower room is modern and compact. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, and towels are included, along with a parking permit for one car. One pet can stay free of charge. The apartment is non-smoking.
