Driffield sits on the edge of the Yorkshire coast, within easy reach of Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington. Pasture House is a working farm property that feels surprisingly secluded despite being just a mile from the shore. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms mean eight people can stay comfortably without cramping; the main bedroom has an ensuite, and there's a family bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. The scale of the place—two living rooms downstairs, a big enclosed garden with patio and barbecue—makes it work well for groups who need their own space.

The ground floor centres on an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with patio doors onto the garden. A second living room gives families another place to spread out. Bedrooms are spread across the first floor. Essentials like linen, towels, wifi and heating are included; there are logs for the woodburner, and a welcome pack arrives with you. The kitchen is set up properly, with a dishwasher, electric range and fridge-freezer, so cooking for a crowd is manageable. Outside, the garden is fenced and lawned, with furniture and a barbecue; there's also parking for two cars and a bike store. Couples and families book here; the property doesn't take hen or stag parties.

Excellent value for money. A family group of 10 with extra family coming for a birthday lunch. Really good heating system that provided the right level of heat for individuals. Very good lighting in all areas. Exceptionally clean throughout, very spacious, wonderfully equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed including bathrobes, lots of towels and comfortable beds. The outdoor area was so good we took advantage of it every day and all sat out with our coats on when the temperature outside dropped one afternoon. We've been using holiday accommodation for 50 years and this was the best yet. We're already planning our return for next year. Thank you very much Sarah for all your support and the most magnificent hamper of all time 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Such a wonderful house, absolutely immaculate and with stunning views! We visited for my sister's hen do and had all the rooms as twins and it was honestly absolutely perfect. Sarah, the host, was so helpful and they even left us a gorgeous hamper full of treats and some yummy cookies! I am already planning our next visit with family! Would highly recommend!

I booked pasture house back in July. I booked both the main house and the stables. From the very outset, Sarah was the most helpful and responsive person. She answered all my queries really quickly with all the information I needed. The booking was for 14 women celebrating a 40th birthday. The setting was absolutely perfect. We were able to with the help of Sarah’s recommendations, Book a chef to come and cook us a three course meal in the wonderful kitchen, A mixologist to come and host a cocktail party in the bar, and on arrival on the Friday evening, we had a lovely local lady come and set up a grade table on the kitchen island. The house itself is immaculately clean and Sarah really has thought of everything That you would need during a stay. I cannot thank Sarah and the team at pasture house enough for allowing me to spend such an Incredible weekend with my closest friends. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone without a second thought. If you are thinking of booking, please do you will not regret it.

This was our Christmas and honeymoon break (7 night) which has been made extra special by this fantastic destination. Wonderful opportunities for star gazing in the winter evenings in the hot tub, despite the cold! Sarah was phenomenal at responding to our requests to make the stay more christmassy and was so kind and helpful throughout. A few great trips out to Beverley, Bridlington and Hornsea, and knowing we were coming back to The Stables to relax was wonderful. We enjoyed the kitchen and living space, the fire, the bath fit for two and the local deer who wandered up to the property. Thank you so much Sarah and we hope to come again in the future!!!
