The Parade Apartment

The Parade Apartment is a one-bedroom flat on the first floor of a leisure complex at The Bay, near Filey on the North Yorkshire coast. It's a straightforward setup: open-plan living and kitchen area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower over the bath. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A 32-inch Smart TV is in the living space. One small dog is welcome here.

What makes the location work is access to the complex's shared facilities—a 20-metre heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym and tennis court—plus an on-site café and pub. The beach is 600 yards away; Filey itself, with shops and restaurants, is walkable or a short bus ride. From here you can reach Bempton Cliffs, the Yorkshire Moors, and the coastal towns of Scarborough, Bridlington and Whitby within a reasonable drive. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking inside.
