Pine View Cottage sits on a private holiday park within walking distance of Filey's beach and town centre. The location gives you over five miles of sand to explore on foot, and the cottage itself opens directly onto the grounds where a shared swimming pool, sauna and steam room are available year-round. One small dog stays free, and there is private parking for two cars.

The property sleeps four across two bedrooms: a double and two singles. Downstairs, the living and dining area has a 50-inch smart TV and French doors leading to a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the essentials. Upstairs is a bathroom with a bath and shower, heated towel rail, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included; a travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The park has a children's play area on the grounds. Filey itself is a traditional seaside town within easy reach, and the beach beyond the cottage is dog-friendly throughout. No smoking inside the property.
