Prospect House

Prospect House works well for families after space and outdoor room, or groups of friends wanting their own self-contained base. The cottage sleeps five across three bedrooms—a king, two singles, and a further single—with one bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there's an open-plan living area with a woodburner, a kitchen fitted for actual cooking, and a separate dining space that opens onto the garden.

The enclosed garden with furniture gives children somewhere to play safely, and there's on-site parking for one car. Essentials are covered: electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, plus initial fuel for the woodburner. The kitchen has a full range of appliances—oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine—so you can manage a week's self-catering without constraint. The property is non-smoking.

Arrival is after 4pm and departure before 10am. North Yorkshire countryside surrounds the location.
