Shorehaven

Shorehaven sits in rural Glaisdale, where an open fire and underfloor heating mean you can watch weather move across the moors while staying warm. The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms: a king in the main room with vaulted ceiling, and two singles in the second with views towards Lealholm. The single bathroom contains a freestanding slipper bath, walk-in shower, and heated mirror. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided.

The living area has leather sofas, a smart TV with streaming apps, and fast Wi-Fi. A rear extension opens onto views of the moors and dark skies—useful for evening star-gazing. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with dishwasher and washing machine included. Outside, a front courtyard catches morning sun, while a rear patio with dining table faces south across the day. A neighbouring field usually holds sheep, lambs, poultry and miniature goats. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
