Stable Cottage

Ripon's marketplace sits within walking distance of this converted stable on the town's edge, making it handy for the cathedral, restaurants and shops there. The Yorkshire Dales open up beyond. Stable Cottage itself is a stone building with three bedrooms spread across the first floor—one with a kingsize bed, two doubles—and three bathrooms in total. Two bedrooms have their own shower rooms; a family bathroom with a bath and shower serves the third.

Downstairs is a living room and a kitchen-diner with everything you need to cook: oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Doors lead out to a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. The property has private parking for three cars, a bike store, and central heating throughout. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are all included. One dog can stay free of charge. The cottage sleeps six and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

The location works well for exploring on foot or by bike, whether you're heading into Ripon or further into the Dales. No smoking indoors.
