Sunny Bank

Sunny Bank is a single-storey cottage near Scarborough, set in a coastal location with direct access to a large garden and parking on site. One dog is welcome to stay at no extra charge. The whole place is yours alone, and you arrive after 15:30 to find a living room with Freeview TV and electric heating, a separate sun room with garden views, and a kitchen/dining room with a full range of cooker, microwave and fridge. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are all included.

The two bedrooms sit on the ground floor—one with a double bed and one with twin singles—along with a bathroom offering both bath and shower. The layout suits families or groups wanting everything accessible without stairs, and those who need to bring a pet will find it makes no difference to the price. A short walk downhill brings you to the beach; the garden itself isn't enclosed, which matters if wind is a concern in winter months. Filey is a short drive away for shops and seafront dining.
