Sunnyside

Sunnyside is a first-floor apartment where you arrive into a bright, open-plan living and dining space that catches afternoon sun through a window seat. A king bed and shower room are separate from the main living area, with the kitchen kept distinct too. The essentials—heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels—are all included, along with secure bike storage and parking on road.

Filey itself is a traditional East Coast resort within walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beach is 300 yards away; a pub and restaurant similarly close. Further afield, the Cleveland Way passes nearby for serious walkers, while Bempton Cliffs and its RSPB bird sanctuary lie along the coast—thousands of seabirds migrate through in spring. Larger resorts like Scarborough and Bridlington are a short drive, as are Yorkshire stately homes including Castle Howard and Burton Agnes Hall. The property does not permit smoking.
