The Beach House

Open the front door of The Beach House and you're greeted by generous living space spread across three floors. The ground floor holds a 50-inch smart TV in the main living room, a second sitting room with games and books, a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, and the first of five bedrooms—a super king with its own en-suite shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, a games room with pool table and television sits alongside three further bedrooms, each a king size with en-suite facilities and a shared bathroom. The top floor adds two more king bedrooms, both with private showers and toilets. Throughout, beds are dressed in fresh linen, towels are provided, and wifi keeps you connected if you need it.

Outside, the property offers an enclosed courtyard at the rear and lawned gardens front and back, with parking for three cars. One well-behaved dog stays free. The location is what makes this place special: a few minutes' walk reaches North Bay's long sandy beach, while Peasholm Park—with its formal gardens, mini golf, open-air concerts in summer, and the miniature Naval Warfare attraction—sits practically on the doorstep. The Open Air Theatre and Alpamare waterpark are close by. Heating and electricity are included; the property is non-smoking throughout.
