Broom House

Scarborough's North Bay offers a quieter seaside experience than its famous South Bay counterpart, with beaches, Peasholm Park's gardens and boating lake directly accessible, and the town centre just over a mile away. Broom House is a detached property positioned right across from the park, with a lawned front and side garden, both enclosed, plus a rear courtyard—useful space for a family gathering. One well-behaved dog stays free of charge.

Inside, the ground floor contains a living room with a 42-inch smart TV and gas fire, a kitchen/dining room with electric cooking and dishwasher, a sun room, and a shower room. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a kingsize with an ensuite bathroom including a bath and shower, a double, and a twin. A main bathroom serves the other two bedrooms. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered. Parking for two cars is on site; a bike store is available if you're exploring the seafront on Marine Drive or heading out to visit the fishing villages scattered along the coast.

The waterpark with its splash pool and wave machine is within walking distance. Peasholm's miniature naval battles run through summer months. No smoking is permitted indoors.
