Outside there is off-road parking for eight cars and a large garden with an enclosed lawn area, a lawn area and a patio area with hot tub and furniture. 1 Deepdale Avenue is an outstanding base for a family gathering to North Yorkshire. Note: Due to the residential location, the hot tub is unavailable after 10pm.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring your own towels for hot tub use. Fuel and power inc. in rent. 2 x Travel cots (please bring your own bedding) and highchair available. Off-road parking for up to 6 cars. Large mature gardens with lawn area, enclosed lawn area for pets and patio area with hot tub with furniture throughout the different garden areas. We welcome up to two dogs at no additional charge; supplementary fee of £50 per dog applies for up to two additional dogs. Sorry, no smoking. Pub within 1 mile, shop within 0.8 miles.
