The Town Houses - Ravines

The Town Houses - Ravines consists of two interconnected houses in central Scarborough, a short walk from North Bay. Together they sleep 24 across 12 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The two buildings can operate as separate households or function as one larger group accommodation, which means extended families or friend groups get both togetherness and breathing room.

Each property has an open-plan ground floor with a full kitchen (range cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer), dining space and living area with a 40-inch TV. Bedrooms are distributed across the first and second floors; all have en-suite shower rooms and televisions. Two private hot tubs sit in the courtyards, available daily between 10am and 10pm. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are included. Parking permits for 12 cars come with the booking.

One dog is welcome at no extra cost (with complimentary doggy extras provided). The location suits large gatherings wanting access to the seaside while maintaining privacy and self-catering independence. No smoking throughout either property.
