Scarborough's North Bay is steps away from The Town Houses – Town House I, a substantial six-bedroom property where each room has its own ensuite and television. With six bathrooms and space for twelve guests, it works for large groups wanting the whole place to themselves. A private hot tub sits in the enclosed courtyard, separate from the main accommodation. Essentials including wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered, and one dog stays free.

The ground floor holds the open-plan living and dining spaces, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking – gas range, full-sized fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing and tumble-drying machines. Bedrooms are split across the first and second floors: three with king beds (one per floor) and three with twin singles, each with its own shower room. Parking permits for six cars come with the booking. The property doesn't allow smoking.

From here you reach the seafront easily on foot, and the town's shopping centre, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Peasholm Park – known for its lakes, gardens and the summer Naval Warfare re-enactment on the water – lies along the route to the beach. Scarborough Cricket Ground and Oliver's Mount racing track are also nearby.
