Just back from a 3 night stay. This was our first time but definitely won't be our last, its lovely. We stayed in the ground floor annex room which was perfect, even had a little outside table and chairs. Slept really well, it was lovely and quiet. Donna and Mark are great hosts and easy to deal with. Donna's breakfast is perfectly cooked and the best! Location brilliant, 5 minute walk to Peasholme Park and then a couple more minutes to the seafront.

So handy for the open air theatre which is why we booked it and what a find! Little gem of a place. Was made very welcome by Donna and Mark. Very clean and comfortable rooms well decorated. Amazing breakfast. Will defo stay again. Felt very well looked after

Stayed for a couple nights. Great location for walking on the Cleveland Way. Scarborough, Robin Hoods Bay, Whitby & Filey. Donna couldn't have been more helpful from recommending local restaurants to advising us about free car parks. Brilliant full English breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyable.

What a lovely guest house. Clean lovely rooms. Our 2nd time here cannot fault it. The lady who owns it is wonderful so welcoming. Breakfast was amazing as usual. Thankyou once again. See you again soon
