This three-storey cottage in Horton in Ribblesdale spans three levels connected by stairs. The ground floor holds a combined living, dining and kitchen space with an electric cooker and washing machine. Upstairs, the first floor contains a double bedroom and a smaller double room, plus a bathroom with a bath and toilet. The second floor adds a twin bedroom with two single beds. The property sleeps six in total.

Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. There is parking for one car on site and an electric vehicle charging point. The cottage does not permit smoking. A river runs along the front of the property behind a fence. Horton in Ribblesdale sits within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, within reach of the Three Peaks, Ingleborough Caves and Ingleton Waterfalls. The village is small and rural, making it a base for walking and exploring the surrounding landscape rather than a destination in itself.
