Three Peaks House is a terraced cottage in Settle with three bedrooms spread across three floors. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining space opens onto a rear patio through French doors, with a woodburner for cooler evenings and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals. Upstairs, two bedrooms contain single beds (3ft), each with its own shower room. On the top floor, a third bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite. The property sleeps six and comes with essentials covered: electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, along with heating and initial logs for the fire.

Settle sits between Pen-y-Ghent and Ingleborough on the Pennine Way, making Three Peaks House an obvious base if you're planning the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge. Beyond that, the village offers independent shops, pubs and restaurants within easy reach—two pubs are a short walk away. The rear patio has a sunny aspect with seating; there's also a front pebbled area with views toward Pen-y-Ghent. A parking permit for one car is included (20 yards from the property). The Settle-Carlisle railway runs through the village, and you'll occasionally spot steam trains passing through. No smoking throughout the property.

Excellent base from which to the 3 peaks from. Clean and tidy. Nice size kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms are spacious, and 3 showers/toilets are always handy when there's a group of you!

So good that I added it to Google and I'm not even the owner! Stayed here for a few days in Nov/Dec 2021. Arrived with a light frosting on Pen-y-Ghent then heavy snow overnight covered everything. Great view of it all from the house. Had a brilliant icy walk up Pen-y-Ghent the next day, got back to a power cut so no cooking or light and no pub! Drove to Stainforth and found super friendly people in the Craven Heifer where we ate their last roast, joined the music quiz and came last and when we said power was out they gave us free wood and coal, which was very generous of them. And COVID which was less welcome!
