Five bedrooms spread across four floors hold a superking, kingsize and double beds plus a pair of singles; three bathrooms serve the property. Most rooms frame views across the North Bay or towards the South.

The layout works around the building's height: a lower-ground living room with gas fire sits below the main reception rooms, where a kitchen opens to the clifftop garden through French doors. A play area occupies the top floor. Essentials like heating, electricity, linen and towels are included, along with wi-fi. One car can park on the property; additional permits are available. The enclosed garden has decking, furniture and a private hot tub for six, which must be left unoccupied by 9pm each evening.

The position sits roughly five minutes' walk from the town centre and ten minutes from the beach. No smoking is permitted. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
