White Rose Cottage is your own self-contained space with a kitchen, sitting room with electric fire, one double bedroom and a bathroom with a roll-top bath. The essentials—heating, electricity, linen and towels—are provided, along with wifi and parking for one car. A small garden comes with the property.
The estate itself spans 200 acres of natural and landscaped grounds, which you're free to explore on foot. The cottage sits roughly a mile from the village, with Whitby 6 miles away and Scarborough 16 miles further on. Walking is possible straight from the door into the surrounding countryside and towards the coast. You'll need a car to reach shops and restaurants, the nearest of which are 2 miles away. The cottage does not permit smoking. Children under babes-in-arms age are not accommodated.
