Yew Tree Cottage

Yew Tree Cottage is a 400-year-old mid-terraced cottage in Burythorpe that comes ready to use. Everything you need is here: heating and hot water are included, the kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave, bed linen and towels are provided, and there's wi-fi throughout. The wood burner comes with its first load of fuel already laid in. If you're travelling with a small child, a travel cot and highchair are available.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs holds a living room with the wood burner and Smart TV, a kitchen-dining room opening onto the garden through French doors, and a utility room with washing machine. A separate toilet sits off the entrance hall. Upstairs are two bedrooms – one with a zip-and-link super kingsize bed that can be split into singles if needed, the other a double – and a bathroom with bath and shower. The cottage sleeps four and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

Outside, an enclosed garden has flower beds and courtyard seating. You can park two cars on site. The Bay Horse Inn is within a mile. The property is non-smoking. Note that the garden has four steps down into it.
