We came here last Friday meeting some friends from Northampton (we came from Lutterworth). We have been many times before so knew we were on a safe bet with the standard of the food. It didn't disappoint. Starters were lovely - particularly my pork belly bites. 3 of us had steak and we all wanted it cooked differently. They all came out absolutely perfect. Beautiful tasty tender meat. Well done Chef!! We even squeezed puddings in! Great service too. Highly recommend this place.

Went with family over the boat show weekend, was greeted by bar staff who seemed friendly enough then taken through to the restaurant. We sat on a round table by the window and were there quite a while as we were catching up with family but not once did we feel rushed to leave or pay the bill. Food was lovely and service was amazing even though the staff all seemed like young teenagers. Only suggestion is maybe have a cocktail/ mocktail menu for weekends and hot days, other than that everything was amazing

Room is clean and comfortable, pub is very welcoming and staff friendly. Food; breakfast lunch and dinner, all fantastic. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

We stayed local to this place and came for dinner yesterday and tonight we cancelled a reservation somewhere else to come back, as all we can say is wow. We have steak x2 both nights the quality of everything was amazing! Really good value for money, lovely staff. I wish we lived closer for it to be our local 10/10 thank you
