The cottage sleeps five across three bedrooms: two doubles and one single, plus a pull-out single bed. One bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the property.

Ground floor accommodation includes a living room with smart TV and gas fire, a kitchen with electric cooking and full appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, a sun room, and an enclosed courtyard garden facing south. The cottage is only a few minutes' walk down to Rothbury's pubs, shops and tea rooms, or visitors can explore the river on foot from the doorstep. The Simonside Hills are within reach for walkers, as is Cragside on the National Trust estate.
