April House
Northumberland
The Northumberland coast around Amble draws visitors year-round for its beaches, fishing heritage and access to castles and islands. April House sits in the heart of the town itself, a short walk from the harbour, shops, cafes and Sunday market. The whole property is yours alone, with one dog welcome at no extra cost.
Downstairs you have a living room with Smart TV and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with two singles. The shower room is on the same floor. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. There's a garden with seating, a bike store for exploring along the estuary, and parking nearby.
From here you can walk the harbour wall or head south towards Warkworth, where a castle overlooks the village from a hilltop, and pubs and cafes line the streets. Craster, Seahouses and Bamburgh are within reach for day trips. North lies Holy Island, accessible via tidal causeway at certain times. The town's own beaches and the estuary walks are on your doorstep.
