Blue House

Blue House is a three-bedroom townhouse in Morpeth, built in the 18th century and sitting just within a mile of the Northumberland coast. You arrive into an open-plan ground floor where living, dining and kitchen flow together—good for groups who want to be sociable, though there's no television. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine, so you can cook and manage laundry properly. Upstairs are three bedrooms: two doubles and a single, served by a shower room renovated in 2021. The house sleeps five and is yours alone for the stay. One pet can come free of charge.

Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. There's a roof terrace accessed from the top of the house—a sun trap with views across the rooftops. A garden sits at ground level. The setting suits families, groups of friends, or couples; you can walk to most local amenities, or use the bus network to reach neighbouring villages. Sandy beaches within a mile or so offer long stretches for walking. Smoking is not permitted inside.
