The Parade

The Parade is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property in Berwick-upon-Tweed sleeping three guests, with one dog allowed at no extra cost. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with a welcome pack and dog extras. The kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee machine, opening onto an enclosed back garden with seating and furniture. There's a washing machine for longer stays.

The layout spreads across three floors. The lower ground floor holds a living and dining area with smart TV, the kitchen and utility room. Ground floor has a second living room with smart TV and woodburner, plus a bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail. Upstairs are the bedrooms—a kingsize and a single—and a shower room. Parking is available on the road outside, and the property is non-smoking.

Berwick sits where the Northumberland coast meets the River Tweed. Four beaches are walkable from the town, and Bamburgh Castle lies nearby. The area suits those wanting a seaside break with access to golf, castle history and riverside walks, plus a choice of cafes and restaurants within the town itself.
