Grooms Cottage

Grooms Cottage is a ground-floor conversion in a private courtyard near the Vale of Whittingham, at the edge of Northumberland National Park. Everything you need is here: the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine; the living space centres on a woodburner and smart TV; and the bathroom contains both a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. You have your own parking for up to two cars and an enclosed garden with furniture and a barbecue.

The single bedroom has a four-poster king bed, and the whole property is yours alone. One pet is welcome. There is no smoking. The cottage suits couples wanting quiet, with farmland views from the windows and immediate access to walking country. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
