High Tide

Boulmer village sits on Northumberland's coast, where the working farm that surrounds High Tide looks out over the beach. The cottage itself is single-storey, set back slightly from the shoreline but close enough that sea views reach into the main living spaces. The setting suits anyone wanting straightforward access to the coast—walks along the sand are moments away, and the village has a pub for evenings out.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining room has a wood burner and large windows framing those views. The kitchen is fully functional for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob and microwave. One bedroom contains a king-size bed; the other has a zip-and-link super-king (which can be separated into two singles on request). The bathroom sits one step up from the main living area and has a bath with shower over. Essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are covered. The wood burner's initial fuel is included.

A large enclosed garden with seating and decking opens off the back of the house, and parking for two cars sits on the property. One dog travels free. The cottage sleeps four and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
