Beadnell Bay's sandy beach lies a short walk from Lindisfarne Cottage, making it the natural base for a coastal break in Northumberland. The village sits at the hub of a working fishing coast: Seahouses, just along the shore, runs regular boat trips out to the Farne Islands for their seals and seabirds. Inland by car, Bamburgh's castle dominates one direction and Alnwick's sits inland with its famous garden and Europe's largest tree house restaurant nearby. Water sports from sailing to sea kayaking operate from the bay itself, while horse riding, golf and fishing are all within reach.
The cottage itself is a two-bedroom property sleeping four. Upstairs are a double and bunk beds, with a shower room between them. Downstairs, the living room has a Freeview Smart TV and the kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and full-sized fridge. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included. There is parking for one car on site. The grounds are shared with other properties.
One dog is welcome. The property does not permit smoking. Note that there are steps in the grounds.
