Sunnyside Cottage
Northumberland
Beadnell Bay's wide sandy beach sits at the heart of this stretch of Northumberland coast, drawing sailors, kite surfers, kayakers and divers. The village itself has a shop and pub, while Seahouses a mile north runs boat trips to the Farne Islands for seals and seabirds. Further along you'll find Bamburgh with its castle, and inland lies Alnwick with its own fortress and the Alnwick Garden's famous tree house. Sunnyside Cottage is 800 yards from the beach, making it a straightforward base for exploring the area on foot or by car.
The cottage holds four people across two bedrooms: a double and two singles. Downstairs has a living room with Smart TV and a kitchen equipped for cooking—electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer all present. Upstairs sits a bathroom with bath and shower. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. There is on-site parking for one car. The property is yours alone, though grounds are shared with other properties nearby; note there are steps outside. No smoking throughout.
Horse riding, fishing and a links golf course are among other local activities. Arrive after 17:00 and depart before 11:00.
