Number 23 is a mid-terrace stone cottage built in the 1830s, located in Wooler town centre with the Co-op and pubs within easy reach. Two bedrooms sleep four guests—a kingsize and a double—alongside a bathroom with bath and double shower. The living room centres on a wood-burning stove with initial fuel provided; a Smart TV offers evening entertainment. Downstairs, the kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, slow cooker and washing machine, opening into the dining area. One cat or dog can stay with you.
The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are covered. There is parking for one car on site. The cottage does not permit smoking. Wooler sits near the Cheviots and makes a practical base for walking and cycling across Northumbrian countryside, though the town itself has shops, cafés and the river running through it, all within a short walk.
