Seashells

Newbiggin-by-the-Sea sits on the Northumberland coast, a former fishing village now known for its sandy bay, clifftop golf course and the Maritime Heritage Centre. The beach and promenade are a two-minute walk away. Seashells is a ground floor apartment on the main road, close to shops, a pub and restaurants within a few hundred yards.

The single bedroom has a double bed and a TV. The open plan living and dining area includes a 32-inch TV and DVD player, with an electric fire for cooler days. The kitchen is equipped for full self-catering, with a gas hob and electric oven. A shower room and an external utility room with washing machine complete the layout. One car can park on site, and there's space to store bikes. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; essentials are covered.

One well-behaved pet stays free. The property does not permit smoking. Morpeth, a market town with independent shops and cafes, is 8 miles away. Druridge Bay, the Farne Islands, Holy Island and Alnwick Castle are all within reach by car, and Newcastle is 30 minutes north.
