Spence Lodge

The Northumberland coastline lies within a mile, making this converted coach house ideal for seaside walks and coastal exploration. Spence Lodge occupies the ground floor of a period building, with its own entrance down through the gardens. Two bedrooms sleep four: one with a king bed and ensuite shower room, the other with two single beds. A second bathroom serves the property. The open-plan kitchen and living areas are bright and practical, with an Aga-style range cooker, dishwasher, and other essentials for self-catering. An open fire in the living room provides warmth on cooler evenings.

Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property shares a courtyard with sister cottages on the same plot; you have one allocated parking space. Outside, gardens with seating and a barbecue are available. The whole place is yours alone, though it is a multi-unit conversion rather than an isolated cottage. No smoking throughout. Check-in is after 3pm, departure before 10am.
