The Lookout

The Lookout is a detached bungalow in the fishing village of Boulmer, close enough to the coast that the beach is a short walk away. The entire property sits at ground level, which matters if stairs are a concern. Three bedrooms sleep six: one has a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as a super king or two singles, another holds a single and a pull-out single, and the third has two singles. There are two bathrooms—one with a bath and shower, one a wet room—plus a spacious living room with a woodburner, a sun room flooded with light, and a kitchen with a full range of appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Essentials like electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are covered, and logs for the woodburner are provided. The property has parking for two cars on site and an enclosed garden with furniture. A pub and restaurant are 300 yards away; the nearest shop is about two miles. No smoking inside.
