Warwick House

Felton sits between Alnwick and Morpeth, close enough to reach the Heritage Coast's golden beaches and castle ruins within a short drive. The village itself has a pub serving food within easy walking distance, and an award-winning café nearby. Alnwick Castle, the Dunstanborough ruins at Craster, and Burgham Park Golf Course are all within striking range for a day out.

Warwick House has three bedrooms sleeping six: a kingsize, a double with a TV, and two singles. The single bathroom includes both a bath and a separate shower cubicle. Downstairs, the living room has a wood burner and a smart TV; the dining room and kitchen are set up for cooking, with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. An enclosed patio with garden furniture catches the sun. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included, and there is on-road parking outside. One dog stays free. The house does not permit smoking.

This suits families and groups wanting access to coastal walks and village amenities without leaving the car parked all day. The surrounding paths make it a natural base for those travelling with a pet.
