Had our daughters 6th birthday party at Tots Town. Customer service was brilliant from the moment I enquired about booking. All information provided in advanced, and went above and beyond with their help on the day. Highly recommend!

We visit tots town Norwich on a regular basis and always have a lovely time. We booked our twins 2nd birthday party here and it was the such a great experience both for the children and us with organising it. The team made it really easy and stress free. So pleased with our party, thank you again!

Tots Town was a huge success for my daughter's birthday party. The children had a marvellous time, and were engaged and happy the whole party with no need for games. The staff were superb, set out the table for us beautifully, laid out all the party bags for ease at the end, and went out of their way to make the party feel personal to us, but took all the stress out of it. Highly recommend.
