I went expecting some mediocre cinima and what do I find there there are confy recliner seats with small tables that can move the room is really quite and dark and the seats are positioned where you can't see the heads if people infront of you. The food us quite expensive but the popcorn is amazing the staff are really kind and helpful

Went to go see Supergirl and we had a really pleasant experience with a worker called Ollie. Very nice person and me and my wife really enjoyed the conversation. Workers really do make a business good. Everything was clean and tidy. Thank you very much

Strange staff member embarrassed us by demanding my 4 year old have her own seat or "she cannot come in". The information stating over 2s need their own seat was not provided when asked. I still can not find this stated online! We paid for a seat we did not use. Robotic customer service. Not a place of leisure.

why is there no subtitles for the new avatar? As someone who is deaf it’s very hard to lip read the avatar characters because they are animated 😂 why would you not prioritise subtitles for this movie? i’m beyond shocked at the lack of subtitles from you and odeon. I still haven’t been able to watch the new avatar with subtitles and i keep being told to check every week.. which i do and no subtitles come up ! please fix this. I just want to be able to watch the new avatar and actually follow what they are saying☹️
