definitely don't stay here if the weather is warm. Windows barely opened. We were given a fan at the desk but it honestly did nothing to cool the room down. It was super difficult to sleep and I even contemplated sleeping in the car instead it was that hot. I ended up sleeping with a wet towel on me to try cool down. I was so glad for the end of my stay. Everything else was great though: staff, location, room itself.

The staff here were amazing. So friendly and helpful. They were the best thing about the hotel. The only things stopping it from getting 5 stars were the hard mattress which kept us awake (although thats subjective) the lack of space for storing/manouvering a wheel chair in the accessible room and the water temperature. We changed to a room with a bath because we both suffer with restless legs which are helped by nightime baths. The water was luke warm in the morning and the evening. Everything else was great. Amazing value and the perfect location for what we needed. Thank you.

Room was clean and the bed comfortable. We stayed over as we were at a friend's birthday party. William was fantastic at breakfast in the morning, friendly, polite and attentive as were all the staff. We found them very pleasant. The breakfast was great value for money and offered a good selection. Will deffiently stay again if we are over in nuneaton again. Keep up the high standards. Stuart and Charlotte smith

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay the room was lovely and clean equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was lovely. But most of all the service the staff provided is outstanding. Every time we requested something for the room (extra towels and pillows) they were round within 5 minutes! There is no fridge in the room but the staff allowed me to store my lunch for the next day in the fridge in there kitchen without hesitation. Always smiling and saying hello and asking if we were okay. One downside was our heating did not work we called reception and immediately came to our room and offered a solution. We saw and spoke to William a lot and can honestly say was the nicest person! A massive thank you for the service that was provided by William - Will definitely be back to stay again if we are ever in the area - the other reception staff was also amazing but didn’t catch their names unfortunately but all definitely made our time easier !
