Immaculate, well equipped bedroom with ensuite. Breakfast tray was the best we have had, very filling and plenty choice. Would recommend this B and B to anyone visiting Oban.

Mary and Joe’s B&B was a wonderful eyrie from which were able to view the town, harbor, and the comings and goings of the ferries. Mary welcomed us at the door - she made us feel welcome and gave us helpful advice on dining choices, and on how to travel to the island of Mull. The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious and neat. Breakfast was just right. The property is located well above the Main Street, so be prepared to walk up a somewhat steep slope - ask Mary for directions, as google maps will send you up a very steep set of stairs! We loved our stay and will return to Mary’s wonderful B&B when we are again in Oban.

We loved our stay here! Immaculate room, lovely host and extremely helpful. Great breakfast with "more than enough" food! The room has beautiful views and we both loved sitting in the window seat reading and relaxing. Oban is a lovely town, very walkable from the Guest House. Can't say enough. So happy we started our Scotland journey of one month at the Gramarvin.
