Finlaggan Apartment

Finlaggan Apartment is a second-floor flat sleeping four, positioned between Oban's shops and restaurants and the water. McCaig's Tower stands within easy reach on foot; the leisure centre, play park and bowling green are similarly close. From an elevated position, the apartment overlooks Oban Bay. A full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine is fitted; the living and dining areas have a 42-inch smart TV. Bedroom one has a kingsize bed, bedroom two has two singles, and there is one shower room.

Oban's distillery runs tours and sells whisky. The town serves as a departure point for ferries to Iona and Mull. Fishing is available on several lochs nearby—Loch Etive, Loch Awe, Loch Scammadale and Loch Melfort—for salmon and trout, and boat trips for sea fishing can be arranged. North of the town, Cruachan's Hollow Mountain contains a hydroelectric scheme and reservoir built into the mountain. South lies Kilmartin Glen, an area with more than 350 ancient monuments. The surrounding Argyll countryside supports deer, eagles and seals. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Parking is available on site, though spaces are not allocated. No smoking inside.
