Today I took my son to the cinema for the first time after previously refusing to even step inside the screening room. We went to watch Toy Story 5, and after I explained the situation to the lovely lady at the counter, she immediately made him feel safe, comfortable, and at ease. She reassured him that it was okay if he didn’t want to go in, but encouraged him to give it a try. She then made him a deal—if he watched the whole film, she’d meet him afterwards with some stickers! His face absolutely lit up, and with a little pinky promise 🤞 he agreed to give it a go. Thanks to her kindness and patience, he watched the entire film and even said he’d love to come back to watch Paw Patrol! 🥹 As a mum who often struggles to get her son to go anywhere, let alone sit through a 2-hour-plus film, I just wanted to say a huge thank you. She made what could have been a really difficult experience into such a positive memory for both of us. A genuine 10/10 experience—she is an absolute credit to the team. 🥰

Absolutely appalling for a cinema - £19 for a movie ticket anywhere is abysmal! Obviously I do understand this is not the branch’s fault, however I hope this reaches the right person. Usually pay £5-9 for a ticket, so when I saw £19 on the screen I was stunned, however as we already travelled to the location, we had to pay and make the most of it. Definitely not worth the price at all and would highly recommend all to go to other cinema’s for much cheaper with the same experience. Also you’re looking to pay around £14 for a spirit and mixer, most places charge half this for the same.

Its ok. Parking doesnt help. You have to park just round the corner, infront of the tesco. Small cinema. I know it sounds crazy as it is a cinema, but it was actually to loud. I feel like they have a set decibel level for there cinemas but as this is a smaller one its to loud for it. Refreshments were cheaper than I expected so thats a plus. If they had better parking options id give it a 4 star.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Heather. She was such a sweet, kind hearted lady and made us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and polite, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us especially the potato tots 🤣You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. Thank you so much Heather for being so lovely
