The layout centres on a fully equipped kitchen and dining space open to a sitting room with a fireplace for colder evenings. Bedding and towels arrive ready to use; heating and hot water are included. Out back, an enclosed garden contains a hot tub. Wi-Fi is available throughout, and there is parking on the property itself. Non-smokers only.

Uppermill village is nearby, and from here the Peak District is within reach for walking. Manchester is close enough for a day out. Between May and August, the property can accommodate up to three horses with paddock access, stables equipped with rubber matting, water and electricity, plus secure tack rooms.
