Staff are amazing , Javier was super kind and friendly - definitely the most positive part of my stay here. The location is excellent , close to the station so great if you have a big suitcase and don't want to walk around the city with it. However , the rooms were very outdated and not worth the price. I can imagine they would be very hot during the summer months - the bathroom was nice , but the layout of the room was poor, and felt very old fashioned. Great staff and location, but this hotel needs a makeover!

Ideal for a short break in Oxford. Rooms are comfortable, clean and have everything you need. Good value for money, perfect location just a couple of minutes walk from the train station and really helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

We had booked two nights as part of my birthday celebrations. The room 108 wasn't cheap and was disappointingly small, a double bed, bedside cabinets and a sideboard with some drawers. The bathroom wasn't much smaller and had a walk in shower, basin and wc. The room was very hot which seemed odd for March and we had to use the aircon to sleep which was included in the roomrate. The room overlooked the large forecourt adjacent to the station but was quiet thanks to the double glazing. A shame really, the room was verging on claustrophobic and was way too hot, but the staff were great, very friendly and helpful

Located in the city, conveniently next to the train station and the Said Business School, Oxford. Simple 3 star that is a good base to explore the city or even for business as WiFi is available 24-7. The Eastern European staff are friendly and will help you to bring your luggage up the stairs as the hotel does not have an elevator. For those particularly concern with security and privacy, do note that you are required to leave your key room with the front counter everytime the room is left empty. There is no parking available though and the public parking nearby is simply too expensive. For the city, best to park and ride instead. The hotel itself is in walking distance to many of places of interests in Oxford including the University. Many eateries nearby including pubs and also Halal places. Overall, satisfied and recommended.
