We stayed for three nights. Great location and very clean. Unfortunately our stay was ruined due to the noise from the room next to ours. We stayed in a twin room downstairs. There was continual loud talking or possibly gaming until 4.30 on the second night and then the last night talking until we managed to sleep ( using earplugs). I did message our host but had no reply. Breakfast was fairly simple but OK. Nice touch of bath robes.

Worst booking experience! We booked in advance, but when we arrived for check-in, the owner said the place was full. I had to contact Agoda myself and eventually cancel the booking. It was very frustrating to search for another place at midnight while carrying my luggage. Overall, a terrible experience — I recommend booking only with reliable hotels for peace of mind.

We were in the hotel because of a wedding in Oxford. We can say only positive comment on this address. Very clean! Cleaning everyday😄, breakfast is self-service but everything is prepared. Bus stop is max. 5 minutes far on walk. Very good services (bus 2 and 2a) to the Oxford center. I recommend this address if you are planning visiting of Oxford.

I am not the type of person to give bad reviews but this type they really messed it up. I’ve let them know from the moment I made the booking that I will get to the accommodation around 19:00. I have got there around 19:15, I follow their instructions to get the key. No key inside the box. When I call them they tell me the room was double booked. They sent me the message about this at 19:05!!! I was there after a very long day, starving and sleepy. I have called Booking and got sorted out but this kind of situation is inadmissible.
