What visitors say
I Went for a takeaway pizza and was incredibly disappointed. I think the photos speak for themselves. The base was so thick and resembled a bap that had been left on the kitchen side for a few days more than a pizza. To top it off the bottom was burnt. I had a quick drink while we waited for our Gordon Ramsey Kitchen nightmares pizza's to be cooked and the outside seating area was at least nice.

Absolutely beautiful, literally random find on the way back from Bakewell. Stopped in for a quick bite and what an amazing find, the food was AMAZING! The staff were welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend if your in the area.

Stayed on the little campsite behind the pub, nice flat ground and having a static caravan available for use of the bathroom and lounge area is an absolute bonus! The honesty shop is one of the best stocked we've seen. I liked the no fuss of this place, we didn't visit the pub this time as we arrived quite late and left early morning to carry on our travels but it's definitely somewhere we will use again.

An Outstanding Pub, Welcoming Staff, Truly Awesome Food and Great Beer .. I love a cooked breakfast, and the one pictured easily comes in my top 5 of all time. It was made by The Devonshire Arms pub in Peak Forest, apart from the beans and chopped tomatoes, all of the items are locally sourced and tasted like heaven. All the cakes that are on offer at the pub taste like home made and are served in large portions, truly off the scale in quality. It's a relief to know that on rip off Earth there are still places to go and get quality food and service. All the staff are super friendly and helpfull and the service is on point. I have no problem at all recommending The Devonshire Arms Pub.
