Brook View Cottage

Brook View Cottage is a character stone cottage in the village of Llanteg, with Amroth's golden beach just a mile away. It's a compact, one-bedroom property built to work well for two people, and sits within the grounds of the owner's home. The whole place is yours alone—a private retreat with its own entrance, parking for two cars, and a front garden with seating.

Downstairs, an open-plan living space has a woodburner, Smart TV and full-length doors opening onto the garden and hot tub. The kitchen is fitted with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. A shower room with heated towel rail completes the ground floor. Upstairs, a single kingsize bedroom overlooks the garden. Essentials like bed linen, towels, heating and wifi are included; the woodburner fuel is too. The property takes one step to reach and is all on accessible level once inside.

Amroth offers a beach good for swimming and water sports. Tenby, a walled medieval town with harbour and beaches, is 15 minutes' drive. The hot tub is for two people, private to the cottage. One dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted.
