About The Three Oaks

Tucked into woodland and moorland within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, The Three Oaks offers a genuinely peaceful retreat for campers seeking that wilder edge. This small, pop-up site feels refreshingly remote yet remains surprisingly accessible—two charming pubs sit just 25 minutes' walk away, and another overlooks the estuary a short drive off. The facilities are well-maintained (showers, toilets, wifi) and barbecues are encouraged, so you can settle in properly after a day's exploring.

Tenby's bustle, fish and chips, and seaside charm lie only 15 minutes southwest, while Manorbier's surf breaks and Saundersfoot's watersports are equally close. Dogs are welcome year-round, and with forest trails leading straight from your pitch, four-legged friends will be in their element. The site can feel a touch makeshift in places—this is wild camping rather than manicured glamping—but for those craving moorland views, birdlife, and uncomplicated nights under canvas, it's a gem.

Especially miss the sunsets and tranquility of the site. Fell in love with the area and this is a good base to explore from. The site owner Selwyn is a real character and made us very welcome. Can't wait until we go back!

First visit, a large CL site, sadly it's been very wet here, field can be rather soggy. On arrival, had a lovely welcome and amenities were all explained. Laundry and drying facilities are available, as with toilet and shower.

My son and I stayed at The Three Oaks and had a great time. Selwyn was very helpful and overall a great chap, will definitely stay here again. The free WIFI was very good and fast, the shower is great and very good TV signal, plenty of water taps and electric hook ups
