About Willow Wood Shepherd's Hut
Tucked just off the A477 near Llanteg, this single shepherd's hut occupies a brilliantly practical spot on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Amroth beach is barely five minutes by car, and you're equally well placed for Saundersfoot, Tenby's Georgian charm, and coastal-path adventures along some of Wales's most dramatic shoreline. The Preseli Hills and historic sites like Carew and Manorbier castles are all within easy striking distance, making this a low-fuss base for serious explorers.
The hut itself is fully self-contained, with its own shower room, compact kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), and everything supplied down to towels and heating. Outside, there's a firepit and seating area for starlit evenings. It's an adults-only, dog-friendly setup that's earned glowing reviews, though do note the main-road proximity can bring some traffic hum. Kilgetty, five minutes away, covers shops and essentials.

I've just had the most amazing weekend break here with my wife. The place is absolutely idyllic. We stayed in the shepherd's hut with the hot tub, and relaxing in the evening watching the stars was beautiful. The hut itself is extremely well appointed and comfortable, with Welsh wool furnishings and underfloor heating. The owners are some of the most pleasent people I've had the pleasure of meeting. My wife and I were planning our next visit within hours of arriving! Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven with us.

Ths was a first for my partner and I it was absolutely amazing small and quaint the location was out of this world the hot tub was fabulous the owners treated us like family and Nelly the sheep dog came over we loved her there is a family hut and an amazing play area for children and a small farm shop the owners will go above and beyond to help in any way if I could give 10 🌟 stars I would don't take my word for it try it for yourself we will be going again.

This is a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. One could easily spend a week here, as the beaches are conveniently located and there are many activities to enjoy. The hot tub is a delightful experience in the evening, and the owners are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Thank you for having us.

Such a warm welcome received by the owners of this absolutely surreal get away! If you’re looking to relax and unwind this is definitely the place to be! Never been anywhere with such accommodating and friendly hosts! Attention to detail from the decor to the little gifts set out upon arrival oozes with warmth and passion. The one night stay was most definitely worth the miles travelled! Already looking forward to the next visit and hopefully a longer one!! Myself and my partner planned to go to the beach nearby on arrival however this place was way too enjoyable to leave so the day/night was filled with sun, sheep, bbq, booze and a soak in the hot tub! What more could you want!! 10/10!! Louise and Cody 🐑
