The kitchen is equipped for proper meals—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the basics—while the dining room connects via French doors to a private courtyard garden with patio and barbecue. A woodburner in the living room, a Freeview Smart TV, and Wi-Fi mean the indoors work just as well on quieter afternoons.

Upstairs, three bedrooms provide sleeping space for six: one double with its own shower room, one zip-and-link bed that can be split into singles, and two further single beds. A second bathroom has both a bath and walk-in shower, with heated towel rails in both rooms.
