The ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchen that has everything needed to cook properly: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and French doors opening onto a lawned garden with seating and a barbecue. Three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, occupy the upper floors. Bedroom one has a zip-and-link super kingsize (or twin singles on request) and a walk-in shower; the other two have kingsize beds with standard ensuite facilities. All rooms have Freeview Smart TVs. The cottage is heated throughout via underfloor systems, with an air source heat pump. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and a welcome pack are included. There is private parking for two cars and an electric car charging point if needed. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is non-smoking.
