East Hook Cottages - East Hook Farmhouse
Pembrokeshire
Photo: Google Maps
This farmhouse dates from an earlier era of rural Pembrokeshire building, though it has been substantially reworked inside. The stone structure retains period character—fireplaces, beamed ceilings—while the interior is furnished in contemporary comfort, with soft furnishings and fittings throughout that balance the original architecture against modern living.
Four bedrooms across two floors sleep up to eight: a double with ensuite on the ground floor, and three further rooms upstairs (one kingsize, two twin configurations). Two bathrooms serve the property. The ground floor centres on a large kitchen with cooking range and gas hob, opening into a dining room with woodburner and a sitting room with television and books. A conservatory leads to the garden. Bed linen, towels and superfast internet are included; heating runs through October to April. One dog stays free of charge; the property sits in sheep country so dogs must be kept on a lead.
The enclosed garden wraps around the farmhouse with lawn, patio and seating. A wildflower meadow (shared with other properties on the smallholding) lies beyond. Parking is private, and an EV charging point is available. The coast path and beaches are accessible across the field directly below, making this a practical base for walking the Pembrokeshire coastline.
